I was contacted by phone by a nutralane sales rep. Trying to talk me into trying their producted. I had already ordered the same product a week prior and didn't need anymore. She said she would send me a sample of something alittle different and it would cost me $. 99 and I would not recieve any further billings or products and I would not have to do anything. Approx. A week later I recieved the product as promised but about 2 days after that there was a charge on my card for $87.13 for this product. I have tried calling and emailing and have been unable to get anywhere. I did not give authorization to take this money and I would like to get my money refunded, I would be more then happy to send the product back if they want it. I'm not sure what to do next.
