At the end of March of this year I ordered a "trial sample" from this company and gave them my charge card number (hard lesson learned).
Products I never wanted continued to arrive and be charged. I called in April and told them I wanted the account closed immediately and a refund for the items sent in April. They assured me the account was closed but that "it was probably already too late for a refund."
Several more products arrived in June, charged to my account. I called today; they "have no record" of my previous call but again, "assured" me the account was closed, same words as before. This time they think I may due a refund of $24.
What they owe me is currently over $300 and I want it all back.
