On or around March 21, I received a phone call from a lady telling me about some products her company wanted me to look at for them. She was very vague about the products, but I had 10 days to cancel. I agreed to pay $3.95 for the shipping and handling. My account was debited $3.95 twice plus $119.90.
Another $119.90 was debited the first week of April. At this time I called and cancelled with the company. They told me the only was to get a refund was to fill out forms, which they would immediately put in the mail. Eight days later, $149.90 was debited and the forms had not arrived. Again I called. They told me the $149.90 was charged before I cancelled.
I too have learned a lesson, and will not ever give information on the phone unless I call them. Hopefully, they will be stopped soon.
