I also order the free trial - and got charged $79.95. I called the company canceled my order and they told me that would correct the trial billing. They did not make corrections - but continued to send product and charge my credit card. I called again to get a refund tracking number - so that I could return products - but was placed on hold for over 50 minutes and then the phone was disconnected. I sent back 6 unopened bottles, with a postal return receipt signed by Leanspa's person - Helen Townsend on June 23. I continued to receive the products and charges made to my credit card. I called the company again and they stated that they had no record that I called and cancelled my ordered - but they did have a record to receiving 6 bottles back from me - and that a refund for two bottles was being processed. The Leanspa person said that the refund for the remainer of the products that I returned would be processed - they were a little behind because of a hurricane and some of their computer systems had been down. I finally got them to stop sending products and to stop chargingmy credit card - but I still have not received a refund. My suggestion is DO NOT give this company your credit card number - or they will continue to charge your account - even after you cancel. They do not give refunds on returned products.
