I also received phoney charge of $14.95 on a credit card as is reported by so many others. I am totally convinced that this occurred right after I purchased a phone card on line with the same credit card. The phone company is also from Ma. And the same date of services charged.
I carefully monitor any online purchasing for exactly this reason. Phone card company is phone-card-pin.com 800-219-6993. Several other suspicious events have occurred with this company also and I believe is based outside of USA.
