As soon as I ordered this trial, I realized that it was a mistake and went to the website to cancel. I am told by customer service that by then the product was shipped.
I received a package in the mail AFTER the deadline by which I was told it needed to be returned. I let them know by e-mail when I received the package and that I was returning it.
My credit card was charged anyway. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me I could have the product back but she could not remove the charge. I then spoke to her supervisor, Terry, who told me the same thing. She could not tell me who she works for, pass me on to any other supervisor, or tell me the name of the CEO or owner of the company.
This company is unfortunately making money from shady advertising and inflexible policies. I can't be sure if it is illegal, but it is certainly not friendly, and I don't recommend doing any business with them.
