The Ultimate Facial ad poped up on my screen and said all the wonderful things it can do and all I had to pay was shipping and handling and after eight days, return it and I wont be charged the 78.14. So I sent it back and low and behold my account was charged!
I called them to make a compliant, the the lady said they can refund my money $45 or $60 if I send the product back. I let her know I already sent it back and let her know I wanted to speak to the manager. I waited 5 hours for the manager to call me back.
Now, I did not get the product off their website, nor did they send me any emails, all I knew is that I did not want the product and I sent it back the place I got it from. Now the manager says since I did not put some RMA number on the package (because the warehouse is too dumb to know where to put packages since they share the warehouse—I guess the big Ultimate Faccial sticker doesnt help!) that he can only reward me $45 instead of $60.
So I ask the manager what are going to do with my package then? Store in that warehouse? But wait you cannot figure out where things go without that RMA number, right? So I told him to make sure he throws away my package so they are too dumb to sort mail, and I will call the owner, and tweet and facebook about their company!
