I recently got the "Ultimate Facial Free Trial" and decided not to keep it... I logged on to the web-site to cancel and found that the option I needed was not there, so I called the next day. I was told that my account was already being charged and my "Free" Trial had ended the night before. After explaining my problem with the web-site I was told in no uncertain terms, that I would just have to deal with it because there was no one who would help me!!!
After trying repeatedly to get the rep. To understand what I was saying, I asked to talk to her supervisor and was told they were not there, at which point I asked for ANY supervisor and got the same reply... This went on and I was told that NO ONE in the ENTIRE Company could help me!!!
I have sent an e-mail to their "customer sevice", but do not think it will help as they obviously are not doing any "service" for the customers! I hope this helps someone else to avoid the headache, financial loss and stress I have been through!
