No customer service won't respond to emails, reported me to collection agency though I paid IN FULL

It's difficult to get hold of these men - no customer support whatsoever. DON'T ATTEMPT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I requested a stairmaster from their website. They attempted to provide a device that didn't meet up with the explanation of exactly what the revenue men guaranteed; after I declined to simply accept it they ultimately delivered a complying device and that I approved it; nevertheless, despite the fact that I SETTLED ENTIRELY they've documented me to some variety company and today I've some really ridiculous fools contacting me daily to gather on something which I settled entirely.

Without any customer support, no scruples no need to do the best point, these men are difficult to cope with.

Get your chances with another merchant - these guys are an entire headache.
