My unit stopped working early December and at the same time a payment was being deducted on my installment plan. The card on file expired and I went in to update it so the payment could go through. Customer service turned the account over to a collection agency instead of running the payment again and referred me to the collection agency. I contacted the agency and paid the account in full. The agency has yet to update Nutribullet on the payment nor will Nutribullet replace or fix my unit. I did pay for replacement in my payment plan option. Service and response has been unacceptable to date. I am appalled that this product provides great nutritional value to customers such as myself, yet customer service is horrible. I have suffered physical setbacks due to a fall and been incapacitated enough that I could not cook for myself and this product could have helped me tremendously. I work in retail but bought through the website so I could get the larger recipe book. At this point I am terribly disappointed in customer service and the owner of this product. I need a full replacement of this product immediately!
