First of all, these guys will not refund your money. They screw you over and don't care. So THIS IS HOW YOU HURT THEIR COMPANY! First call them up at 1-866-913-0757 and cancel your account if you haven't done so yet. If you don't cancel, they'll just keep charging you every month.
NEXT, tell them that you are going to file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. They'll respond with "You're welcome to do what you want, but the dispute will take months to resolve. Also, we win 99% of the disputes." What they will tell you is true sadly.
LAST, tell them that you are aware that you will lose the dispute, but you are going to file it anyway. THE SECRET IS THAT THESE DISPUTES AGAINST THEM HURT THEIR COMPANY AND WILL GET THEM SHUT DOWN FAST! If every person who gets ripped off files a chargeback, THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
CALL YOUR BANK or credit card company, let them know about the unauthorized charges and the poor customer service and they'll take care of the rest.
This is the only way to hurt them. Pass the info on!!!
