Placed an on line order for ACAI Berry, recieved trial order and realized that I must cancel with in a time frame. Quickly called phone number shown several times. Finally waited for over 30 minutes to get a CS live person 11/19/08 and rec'd cancellation number.
I've sent several e-mails re: the cancellation, but product still comes & charges still being made. I was told by the first CS person I talked to on 11/19/08 that I did not need to return subsequent shipments so I have not.
I will return the un-opened pkgs if requested. I filed a "dispute" with my credit card company today 12/19/08. This has been a living nightmare. Beware.
