Father of a patient (who dx autism, diabetes) came in office at schedule time. Got in a conflict with the receptionist. This caused the receptionist to get angry along with father. Father walks out of office with child. Mother walks in seconds later (still within scheduled time). Receptionist looks at the minor who has autism"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE".. Mother then states my child is here to see the doctor. Receptionist states that she is not going to see the doctor after I get through telling the doctor what your husband said... REceptionist goes away 10 min and comes back a tells the mother the doctor is not going to see her she needs to go some where else... The phone rings and the receptionist turns her back to mother.
