I tried to get a refund for the 3 times they charged me but it was impossible! Now I must go through my bank and file a report through them. 3stepssadd.com charged me a $9 and then a $19.00 and THEN another $26.96 fee even when I tried to cancel and all I got was a used book and unauthorized access to their website even though they charged me! This used book was completely useless as was there website and yet they refuse to ever answer their phone. All you get is a recorded message and no one ever gets back to you. Their customer service department through email refused to help me cancel my service and refused a refund. I never even knew they were gonna charge me all of these fees since I had no access to their website and it is impossible to get someone to call you or help resolve these issues. You will get ripped-off if you even think about purchasinng anything!!! This is a scam!!!
