I could not access their webpages for grant info. I contacted customer service and was told i would be charged 39.95 unless i cancelled. Since i could not get the information i was looking for, i told them to cancel my membership immediately.
The service rep assured me i would not be charged. She refused to give me her name when i requested it.
A hold for 39.95 was put on my account on 6/10. I intend to let this charge be returned as i have withdrew funds from my account so that it will not be paid by my bank.
I hope they try to sue me. I have lawyers too.
