Please take notice. All state beauty.com is nothing more than a front to scam individuals out of money. They have a nice web site and have excellent prices, but... You never get your products. You do get a charge on your credit card however.
No need in trying to email or contact by phone. They "never" answer the phones. Their lines ring until voice mail picks up and when the "greeting" finishes you get an error stating that all mail boxes are full.
I was successful in reaching a "warm" body at the acqua salone however. I explained why i was calling and what i wanted. After being on hold for maybe 2-3 minutes, another lady (think her name was andrea) came on the phone.
The strange thing about her voice was that it really seemed that i had heard it before. Oh yes, that was the voice on the infamous voice mail. Their excuse was that they were short on two of my products. Did i want them to ship the ones that were available?
Yes, i got lucky and got a credit from pay pal. I know that some of you guys have not been that lucky. Maybe i'm not the sharpest crayon in the box, but i do find it strange that the president of all of the companies are either alex bederoff or dimitry bederoff.
So reading between the lines, i think we all would have been better off not dealing with any company ran by the bederoff's! Its only a matter of time and i'm sure their little empire will tumble!
