I ordered hair care products from All state beauty.com. I received an email from Alex Bederoff confirming my order and credit card payment. I have not received the items that I order over 2 weeks ago. I have sent several emails to Alex Bederoff and he has yet to respond. I have attempted to contact customer service several times a day for 1 week and have not been able to reach a live person. I have been unable to leave a message as the voice mail is full. I have contacted my credit card company to recoup the charges. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
