I encourage everyone with problems with Allstatebeauty.com to file complaints with the BBB. There is a link on the bottom of allstate.com's web page. They should not be able to display that emblem on the bottom of their web page!
I ordered products from them on 1/26 and paid extra shipping even though I qualified for "free" shipping so it would arrive earlier. It should have arrived by 2/3 at the very latest. My card was charged on 1/26 and I waited for a tracking number but none came. I spoke with someone on 2/3 after several dozen calls (all of which went unanswered because the voice mails were full). I asked the woman for a refund because I hadn't received my products yet. She told me that then couldn't refund them because I should be receiving them by the next day.
If I still didn't want them I could ship them back. I asked for a tracking number and she said that she didn't have that information but that customer service would e-mail it to me by the end of the day. Well guess what... No e-mail and as of now on 2/9 no products. I have tried several times a day to contact them and the phones go unanswered and the voice mails are full. I'm going to my bank today to dispute the charges before I am permanately out the money.
Bottom line... If the prices seem too good to be true, they are... Lousy company... File a report with the Better Business Bureau in New York 212-533-6200 or online at www.newyork. BBB.org
