Order for products made via web. Received order confirmation, customer receipt and purchase confirmation, but items were never shipped. Credit card was charged. Email inquiry to All State Beauty made, but no response. Called 718-928-0995. No answer at Customer Service or Ordering, but switched to voice mail. Unable to leave message as voice mail was full in both departments.
