I ordered Bio Silk therapy shampoo and conditioner from allstatebeauty.com on 12/28/08, my visa card was charged $48.70. AllStateBeauty/Alex Bederoff advised by e-mail on 01/15/09 that the product was sent by UPS. Today is
02/17 and I have NOT recieved my order.
