These folks sent me an email (spam) advertising a FREE 30 DAY TRIAL of a product called "Trinekta;" - A skin cream to remove neck wrinkles.
After I had used the item for about 3 weeks, they charged my CC for he full price of the cream. I called them to ask for a refund. They said I was not elgible for a refund, since my 30 days was up. They said the 30-day period began the day I placed the order, not when I received the cream!
I said that there's no way I could try the cream for 30 days free, since they mailed it 5 days after I ordered and I received it 7 days after. They saod all they would do was to refund half the price.
Obviously, this is false advertising and I don't believe a reputable company would resort to such practices. BTW, the product failed to work
