This company is scamming all of its customers. They quote Terms and Conditions they themselves do not adhere to... The trial is 15 days. However, they didnt even ship my product until 8 days after I ordered and I didn't receive until the 12th day. I called on the 14th day to request the RMA and they had already charged my account $90 and will not provide the RMA and are refusing to refund my money. There is no person to talk to. I got random copied and pasted email responses that made NO SENSE as a reply to what I was sending them.
They have 3 different T&C's - the order confirmation says something different than the T&C's when I placed the order, which do not match the T&C's on the site. Either way, I met all versions, but they didn't:
They said I would receive in 1-5 business days (depending on which T&C you read)
They said I would be able to "easily" get an RMA
They said I would not be charged until the 15 day trial period ended
None of this happened.
What they are doing is illegal. It is a violation of the Fair Trade Act and they have committed theft by deception in my case and I am sure thousands of others. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will be taking legal action. It seems like a small amount, but in today's economy I cannot handle a company like this stealing my money.
Never order this product!!!
