I ordered a "free 14 day trial" bottle of their product on March 12. I have not receivied the product, nor did I receive an email confirmation of my order, only a charge on my card. Yesterday I noticed that my bank account was charged $89 for a new bottle of Green Cleanse. I called today to explain that I did not receive the trial bottle and that I would like a refund of my $89. They said no. The post office says that I SIGNED for the package and that it was delivered to my house on March 18. I asked for such proof, and all they did was email me the original confirmation that I should have gotten before with no tracking number to track the package. The email says that the item should be recieved within three days of my order. If I ordered it the 12th, the 18th is still certainly not within three days. I realize the trial is for "14 days", however, the business wasn't even open day 5,6, 12, or 13 of my trial so I would've had to cancel by day 11 even if I had gotten the product. All they said they could do was cancel future bottles being send, I didn't receive any confirmation of this either.

*This is a complaing I filed with the BBB over three weeks ago, they have not responded.
