I signed up for a 14 day free trial of "Extreme Acaii Berry" tablets for which I agreed to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling on my debit card. The charge for that shows up as fit. Fac.com phone#8773508480.
After the trial period I receiver a 30 day supply of tablets with a charge of 89.31 on my debet card which I did not authorize. The order came with a small piece of paper with instructions on how to use the tablets and a guarantee of how wonderful it was. It also told me that unless I cancelled to cancel I would be charged $89.31 per month.
By the time I received the the order I had been charged $89.31 to my debit card. After many attempts I managed to speak to someone and was told my money would not be refunded. I had returned the pills but didn't get a tracking number and now I'm being told they can't track the return without a tracking number.
They had cancelled the order but say they don't have any proof that I had returned the pills. When I cancelled the order I was given a cancellation number I wrote this number on the package before I returned it.
The website I ordered the pills on is www.Acaiiberry.com. The only time I saw the Easy 30 day slim was on my bank statement. When I had received the "free 30 day" supply the address was www.fit. Fac.com.
