I ordered the free trial on 9/19 and received the product on 9/23. I decided not to continue with the subscription so called them on 10/5 and was told I was over my 14 days free trial so I was charged $79.99 on 10/5, so I wanted them to cancel and no more products and charges should be charged to me. But on 10/13, another $79.99 was charged on my CC. I called and the customer rep couldn't answer my question and asked if I wanted t cancel which I did on 10/5??? I also asked I only received 60 tablets and the direction says 4 tablets/day, so it's only 15 days supply. But he insisted its 2 tablets/day, so it's one month supply. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said he is the supervisor and tell me his name is Stephen Smith (an Indian). I hung up and called again. This time a lady answered and she said she'll refund the 2nd charge of $79.99 (at first she said only $40 will be refunded,???). Afterwards I received refund email confirmation but says order was placed on 10/5, what the hell, I called on 10/5 to cancel the original order. Now I'll see if I'll get the refund within 7-10 business day. But the $79.99 that I paid for 15 days is part of a scam too. Those are just herbal pills with some vitamins. Untruthful and deceptive customer reps too!!!
