I ordered (Nov. 26) their trial face sample required pymt for s/h was given. They sent confirmation via email and odd, I thought, was that the confirmation vanished from my computer info... Just disappeared... I didn't delete, couldn't find it anywhere... Please note if that has happened to anyone else???
Product sample arrives (Dec. 2) w/out return information. I thought someone had forgotten to put all the info in package... A product that I had not ordered arrives (Dec 8)... That was when I looked up their return policy. It was vague, questionable and constructed on such a time restraint that if you didn't return product within 4 days you'll get charged... It isn't stated on any of their literature. You have to dig it out on their website. They're not up front about this policy whatsoever!
They offer 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses for customer support. Not one responded to my needs. I requested immediate attention about the unordered Body Cleansing System, said that I would not be responsible for any charges returning this product to them... They, without agreement charged me $49.95.
The bank was notified and cancelled my current bank account... They said they'll help retrieve if I couldn't resolve it myself within 10 days..
