In there agreement, as I read it, I would have 14 days to try the product. It was ordered on July 18th but I didn't receive it till July 22nd. I called to cancel today under my 14days and they charged my account $88 plus change. I have offered to return the unopened product. The will not take it back and they will not refund me. I was told that I don't have 14 days to try it from the time I order it. They only do it from the date that it is ordered. I asked why they couldn't look up my UPS tracking number to see when it was delivered. I was told that they couldn't keep track of everyone's order. I asked why would you have to? Does everyone return the product? She answered me with a Yes. I was shocked that almost everyone try's to return the product. I was definitely scammed. Each time I call I get different info. Do not order this product!!!
