I ordered this supplement from a website (not sure which) and ordered only 1 bottle. The website said 'try it for 30 days free'. The bottle was supposed to cost $19.98. When I got my confirmation, my VISA was charged $99.99. I wrote to complain, but received no response. When I received the supplement, there were 5 bottles. I figured I would try it and then return it if I didn't like it, within the 30 days, and get a refund. I called to request my return code, well within the 30 days since receiving the product. They said I was over my 30 days. I insisted I was not. They then read me their 'return policy' which was based on the 30 days starting the day you order (not the day you receive) and also including 5 business days for the product to reach their offices. This policy was NOT explained until I applied for a refund. Even so, I was within the 30 days from ordering, but not within the number of days for the return to reach them. They also said they would charge over $5./bottle for 'restocking fees'. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all busy. I said I would hold, and they repeated their 'policy' to me. No one should EVER EVER order from this company. VISA said that without proof that I only ordered one bottle, they couldn't do anything to dispute this with the vendor. I went into my browsing history to try to find the website, only to find that the URL 'couldn't be found'.
