I bought Epila Laser Hair Removal Product online through Paypal, tried it out, did not like it, so contacted the company to obtain information about returns. It took them over a week to respond to my emails, and they only did after I informed them that I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
I returned the product with all required information, as almost new, and have subsequently contacted the company about four times via email. I have received no response, and needless to say my money has not been refunded although I returned the product about 8 weeks ago. They owe me $200 USD.
