I too purchased the Epila product. They will respond to internet-only inquiries if you are a potential customer. I purchased the product in 9/9/08. I returned it 9/29/08 via USPS Priority Int'l mail. They received it on 10/4/08. I sent about 5 email inquiries regarding the status of my refund. They will not respond other than an automated response with a ticket number.interestingly enough, if you send an inquiry to the same email address with questions on the product, they answer you right away! I have filed reports with Paypal, the internet crime organization (ICE3), with my credit card company, and I have contacted their domain registrar. The website's contact info is privatized so one is not able to contact the company directly.
Do not buy this product!
I am now sending a certified letter to the company via their domain registrar.
