12/10/09, ordered and paid for product. 12/15/09 received product. Product very cheaply built, so I didn't use it. Emailed customer svc. For proper return instructions. Printed out product return info and returned product in original packaging on 12/16/09.
Company received returned product on 12/19/09, signed by S Jes. As of today, 2/9/10 I have not received a refund. Numerous emails, (respectful emails) sent and only one response from them on 1/4/10.
Customer service number 843-248-3190 only provides a rapid busy signal. Just tried again on 2/9/10, and still the same.
Filed with Paypal but they can't do anything about quality of product, so not sure why they even have that route? All I wanted was my money back.
Filed with the BBB and they have not received any calls nor emails in reply. Bodworx Intl, John Carter, is defintely the worst company I have ever dealt with on the web and I respectfully request anyone that comes across their name to openly advertise them as extremely risky and pass the word on. It's probably too late for me to get my $59.95 back, but it might not be too late for you.
