Ok so I started this job with Securitas Security USA (Which already has its flaws), but anyways i started this job because my wife was pregnant and we needed insurance which this job offered. I signed up and before i added my wife on the plan I asked if my plan covers pregnancy and birth and everytime I asked they always said "yes just make sure they doctor does global billing". I asked multiple times and everytime was same so I felt pretty good but then D-day came my son was born no weird births just the usual natural birth and stayed 3 days.
Well about two weeks later we started to get these phone calls and letters stating that the insurance didn't cover anything so my wife and I start calling SRC up and for a while they fed us this B. S until we calmed down. Then when we got no results after we confronted them about them lieing they said nobody here ever said that births and pregnancy was covered and everytime I try to talk to a Supervisor they are all of a sudden busy or they put me on hold until I hang up mean while they are still taking 300 dollars out of my pay check.
I was never able to recieve my benefits I asked for all I got was a small index card with no usefull information on it. When I would go to the doctors I was told that IF I go to one of there doctors on the list I would have to pay nothing, and I always went to one of there doctors and what a surprise I have a bill in my hand with an amount I have to pay even though it was one of there doctors. So now with a 9 month old son this is still no taken care of because I can't get no one with REAL answers and left my family and I barely making it and all they do is steal my money.
No more Aenta I think if someone isn't happy with there coverage they have a right to cancle anytime regarless if you have other ins. Or not
