Qfl - Wu Yi Tea
Only supposed to pay $4.95 s/h, never received tea and got charged $56.93

I ordered the 14 day trial for $4.94 and I never received the tea and then got charged $56.93. I am pissed to say the least. You never get to speak with anyone when you call either. It's an automated hotline telling you to leave your name and number and they will call you back. And to send an email if you want to return or get a refund on something.
