Do not ever order this software! It is a joke! I ordered a free trial online on 1/1/06. I was supposed to be shipped something in the mail to try out or some sort of information and I had 14 days to cancel if I was not satisfied. Another joke of an internet company in which I do not reccommend buying into their B.S. Story either. To date (2/1/06) I have not received any type of products from E-Pro Auction! Yet they felt the need to charge my credit card $50.00 on top of the $2.00 I paid for the trial software! So now I have paid over $50.0 to this company and have yet to receive anything from them in the mail! Because I ordered the software from a third party company, I was not given any information about how to contact the company until a $50.00 charge appeared on my bill and I received an e-mail from them the day that they charged my card thanking me for starting my membership with them.
I immediately looked up their contact info online and called them to ask that they refund my money because I never received my software or info packet or whatever it was that they were sending me in the mail for my free trial offer so i felt that I shouldn't be charged a membership for something I had not had a chance to even review to see if I liked. Well, their call center must have been in Pakistan or somewhere out of the USA because the guy that answered the phone could barely speak english and kept insisting that instead of refunding me my money I should get online and preview the other products they have for sale to see if I liked any of those instead!
I was appalled at the way they handled the situation. Finally after going in circles with the guy, I demanded that he cancel my membership and I called my bank to file a fraud report instead because E-Pro Auction was not going to refund my money. I let my bank know that I was charged for merchandise that I never received and demanded that they get my money back.
Thank god I have fraud protection because my bank credited my account the money that E-Pro auction took out and will be dealing with them now.
After reading other people's stories on here about the same company, I find it funny that each person was charged something different and received different items as well. I hope that the bank resolves this issue with them and I hope that no one makes the same istake that I did and orders this software. I also hope you avoid the other website I listed, productevaluationpanel.com/lv/.
