Harrasment over honest review - uhaul

I received a phone call the day before I was to return my car dolly asking when I would have it back because he had it going back out first thing that morning. I told him I was under the impression I had until 10 am which my contract stated. He said I REALLY need it so I told him I could drop it off on my way to work at 630am. I was not comfortable with this but he assured me he lived there and it was safe and he would email me my receipt. I did just that and he sent me the receipt. Then I received and email for a review I wrote a bad review because I did not like being asked to drop it off early. The very next day i received a harassing phone call thanking me for my bad review and informing me I needed to return a plug which i did not have and threaten to charge me for it. My question is why after 2 day he finally called me to return a plug and not the day I dropped it off and he found it missing instead of waiting 2 days and after the bad review. I called U-Haul customer service and was told that the area manager would get ahold of me I still have not heard about him. I really thought my review would help U-Haul instead I get a harassing phone call from the owner with empty threats and demands. GREAT customer service. I want an apology and the business owner to be fined or written up somehow by U-Haul. So BEWARE do not leave a negative review on U-Haul survey page or you might get a harassing phone call for telling the truth.
