I accepted the 'free trial' with only the $6.95 shipping and handling fee to be charged. And after checking my credit card statement realized that I was charged the $73.92 without my approval for my FREE experience. And after digging a bit further, I found a second charge of $69.95. SO, totalling almost $150 for my free trial. I called and they told me the second charge was in error and would take care of it. I returned the product because my girlfriend said this highpriced "supposed to be free trial" does not even work.
I called to advise them I wanted my full return that was charged to me falsely. They argued and argued till I finally got them to refund partial payment immediately, and remaining refund upon receipt of the returned product.
I called today (3 weeks later) "they say" they have not received my return??? Just a "SCAM" way of trying to keep my money!!!
I also found out, they also want me to pay $19.95 restocking fee, which also "IS NOT" mentioned when purchasing.
What this appears to be is a big scam that they know their product "DOES NOT" work, and expect they will get the returns, however their forethought intentional "SCAM" is to collect the $19.95 restocking fee all along.
