I ordered items in March. Items were listed immediately as backordered, then in May I requested a refund. It is now July and after multiple phone and email messages they still have not refunded me.
They gave a vague excuse via email about problems with my credit card, which is the first time in 5 years of using this credit card that anyone has ever had a problem. However, it should not take more than 2 months to get a refund.
They never replied to any phone message.in fact, I have called their number more than 20 times and always get the voicemail.
Very simply, they have stolen my money. I have no product and no refund, and they have almost no customer service - only a short reply that they are sorry and that there is a problem with my credit card without elaboration. This is a simply terrible experience working with them.
