This company completely misrepresents themselves (through their agents) as "major medical" — then they wait 30 days before you get a copy of your policy... I actually had to call and request it... If you are an insurance agent or have a lawyer, you will know that it is NOT what they claim.
They also "let their agent go" that fills out your application BEFORE you get your policy. The agent will allow you to sign your spouse's name to the policy and say "Oh, that doesn't matter" when you question how you should answer their application questions.
My husband went into the hospital February 25 - March 7. It is now July 8 and we have yet to get complete claim information from the company. They have decided that the answer to some of questions was incorrect and that they will only cover future expenses on this condition if we agree to pay more money!!!
