Credit Card Charged / No Refund

I ordered the free trial online $4.95 S & H cost. The product did not work as they claimed. I called to cancel and they already shipped continuing packages through the mail. I called the number I had (but I lost it) and it would hang up as soon as they would "transfer" the call to a REP. They charged my credit card and then when I did get ahold of somebody they said return the product and we will refund your card minus S & H costs. That was over 2 weeks ago still haven't seen the refund, I had to write a dispute to my credit card company.
