I ordered the free trial in November. Although the postage was charged to my credit card the product did not arrive and then while I was still waiting on the arrival of the product which I appreciated could take several weeks, I found that I was then charged a full amount two weeks later. No product has arrived. I have contacted my credit card company and they are looking into the matter to refund my money. My credit card has also been changed.
