I tried two different "free trial" offers from Hydroderm.com. I had to use a credit card to pay the shipping & handling fees. When I received the "free samples, " the enclosed paperwork stated that if I did not get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number and return what was left of the "free trial" merchandise, my credit card would be charged outrageous sums of money for more of the products.
Direct quotations from Hydroder Beverly Hills e-mail:
"If you are cancelling risk free trial, please note the terms of that program [NOT stated in online free trial offers]include returnign the unused portion prior to your 30th day to avoid being billed."
Also:
"The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs."
"We cannot process or refund packages marked 'Return to Sender.'"
What a rip-off!
