On 2/7 I ordered a 14-trial of a product from Belisi. I never received a confirmation e-mail verify that the order took place, so, I called them back and they told me that my credit card was placed on hold, for some reason or another. I was told to call back in three days to check on my status, which I did.in 3 days nothing was resolved, so I asked them to cancel my order completely and they even gave me a cancellation # and verified that nothing had been shipped. On 2/11, I noticed my credit card was charged $69.95. This charge took place within the so-called 14-day trail. When I asked them why they had charged me, they said because product was shipped. I told them I had cancelled my order and did not authorize this charge or the shipment and would like them to refund my money. I was then told that they could not refund my money because they sent me the product. A month and a half later, I still had not receive product, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. A few days later, I received the product in the mail. I called Belisi to find out what I needed to do to return the item and get my money back. The representative told me that they did not accept returns, and that for me, was the straw that broke the camels back. I never even had my 14-day trial period. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They're arrogant and they're scam artists.
