I ordered the ColonCure online when I received an email for their trial offer. I just got the order last Thursday. I haven't even tried the product out yet. I called the company phone number provided on Saturday to cancel my membership before the trial offer had ended but they were closed & only had an a recording saying that customer service representatives were available Monday thru Friday from 8-5 pm. Then it hung up on me.
So I called this Monday morning to cancel & I was told that my card had already been charged for $89.31 today because Sunday was the last day of my trial offer.
They told me that the trial offer started the day I ordered the product & that they cannot control how long the post office takes to get my product shipped to my home. I told them that I had made an effort to call on Saturday but that their office was closed. They told me I should have left a message but I was not given the option to leave a message when I called on Saturday.
Also, the price of the product had gone up $2.00 from $87.31 to $89.31 without notifying consumers who recently ordered the product that was advertised to automatically charge your credit card an additional $87.31 a month if you did not decide to cancel.
I spoke to 2 customer service reps & the manager. They told me there was nothing they could do except submit a request for refund but that it would probably be denied. I customer service rep advised that I call my credit card company to dispute it.
