Ecieved letter on june 9 stating that i had won 150,000.00 in prize moneys from the national lotto co-operationm sweepstakes lottery. A check in the amount of $4995.99 was inclosed. I was instructed to cash the check and call smith rickman at 1-289-888-1959 to send in the amount $2995.00 for taxes. I was to send this by western union or moneygram.
