I was sent a "Final Winning Notice" letter dated June 6 informing me I was one of the declared winners of the NATIONAL LOTTO CO-OPERATION SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY held on May24th in the 2nd category. I won $150,000 among 10 others sellected through a random computer ballot system. Enclosed was a check issued from Highland Healthcare, INC. For $4,995.98, followed by instructions to contact Smith Rickman, claim agent. Tax amt. Of $2995. To be wired after receiving tax info. From him. I called multiple times day and evening with no answer except for an unavailable answering msg. I thought I would make this public to others before they get scammed.
