I bought their synaptrol off the internet, they said they would refund if not satisfied, it did not work. I got the return authorization number from them, followed the instructions exactly, sent the unused product back, 3 months have past and I continue to get the run around from them on the refund. I am sure they think i will go away eventually but I have news for them, I m here to stay.
DON'T TRUST MICRONUTRA HEALTH!
You can still buy their products today with the same guarantees, but they probably won't hold water.
