I ordered their product, tried it for 30 days, it did not make any change, I called for a refund, receptionist said no problem, I paid to send back product, after a number of weeks received a refund on my order of $187.50 just $ 150.87. This was over $38 charge for the refund. Overall I lost approximately $60 just to return the product. Nothing was said by the receptionist about this loss policy. Nothing was obvious on the order page either. I called customer service and was told that the 20% restocking charge was noted on the shipping label. What good did this do in my initial decision to buy the product? The company changed the policy the day before I ordered. One must look in the fine print to read about the restocking fee. I would be very leary in ordering from this shady company who delights in using vinegar (customer hostile policies) to attract customers rather than honey (customer friendly policies).
There was no sympathy shown by customer service for this hostile policy.
I recommend that you do not patronize this company.
