I ordered the trial 12 in One vitamin product on March 28, then I got the package on the mail. On April 8th I returned the invoice asking to cancel the order. They say this is not the way to cancel but by phone only.
It is a convenient way to trick customers because when you read their contract says: "12-in-One comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, call Customer Care at 1-800-941-8032 for a return authorization number and instructions. 12-in-One will issue a refund for the total amount of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 10 business days of receiving your returned order."
Here comes the tricky part. They vaguely enphasizes this and that's when the rip-off starts because they already have your credit card information and start charging you up front.
