Ordered and received approximately $200 worth of product in January.
In March contacted customer service to obtain an RMA number and returned the unused portion plus the empty containers of the used portion, as required by their return policy, for credit.
Over a month later, in April called to find out the status of the refund I was promised that it will be issued within the following week.
Two weeks later, called again and received the same answer.
Disputed the charge with the credit card company, who has not been able to resolve it as of today.
