Ordered the tea for a 2 week trial. Told I could cancel at any time. Called the number to cancel and was told by automated voice that I had to e-mail cancellation request. Did that. Was told should have a reply within 48 hours. Have heard nothing from them. Now another charge of $19.95 has been added to my account. I have contacted my bank and will now file a written complaint with them to follow up with this "loser company."
